For the last 16yrs I’ve worked in advertising production across continents, sizes of project and on both sides of the production process.
I started in production in Sydney before moving to London. In London, I continued to work in production on commercials. I also had the opportunity to work on a short film ‘The Tonto Woman’ that went on to be nominated for an Oscar in 2008.
For the last 11yrs I’ve worked as a producer at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland Oregon on a broad scope of projects, from a viral hit that had Kobe jump an Aston Martin to VFX and stunt heavy commercials for Nike and Sony and socially impactful work for Secret deodorant.
While working at Wieden+Kennedy I’ve worked with some of the most recognised advertising and film directors from Michael Mann to Mark Romanek but my real love is finding new talent. Working with Encyclopedia Pictura on a project for EA Spore and more recently working with Aoife McArdle on a campaign for Secret Deodorant.
I’ve always endeavored to be part of a team. On set and in the edit I feel my experience allows me to know when to be either efficiently silent or more usually an extra pair of ears and eyes with the same priority of all creative people, to deliver the highest creative product. I also understand how calendars and calculators work, which it turns out is equally important for a producer.
I hope it goes without saying that I’m comfortable working on things I’ve never worked on before, but if not this is me saying it. I’m comfortable.
I currently live in LA with my husband, son and dog.
